We are looking for a bookkeeper (100%) immediately or by arrangement. Your job • Invoicing and dunning • Independent management of the general ledger • Accounts receivable and payable accounting • Payment transactions • VAT settlements • Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closures • Representation of team colleagues • Opportunity to support controlling topics (e.g., evaluations, budget and forecast processes, key figures, reports) • General administrative tasks Your profile • Completed commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent education • Further training as a specialist in accounting, financial and accounting specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency or comparable further training in accounting • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, combined with a pronounced flair for numbers and a good understanding of business and financial contexts.
