Customer Advisor: Team PostParc

What you can achieve

• Be part of the dedicated sales team and bring your flair for dealing with people at the counter and on the sales floor.
• You sell all postal and non-postal branded items. These include, for example, regional products or various offers from the telecommunications sector.-
• You also actively advise our customers regarding services from various other industries, such as health insurance companies, insurance companies, and banks.-
• Within the team, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility in various roles and to develop personally.-
• If you have never worked in a Post branch before, we will make you fit! In our 4-month on-the-job training, you will be optimally prepared for your new role as a Customer Advisor. During this time, you will work with a workload of 80%, and after successful completion, in your desired workload. • Thanks to our extended opening hours in the Bern 1 PostParc branch, shifts on Saturday (09.00 to 16.00) and Sunday (16.00 to 20.00) are also part of your varied everyday working life.

What you bring with you

• Your natural sales flair and your open, sociable manner enable you to seek active exchange with our customers.-
• You have completed basic training in retail or sales.-
• As an open and independent personality, you find your way easily in different situations.-
• You are digitally fit and have no trouble using the common MS Office programs.-
• For competent advice, you need good German language skills; further language skills are an advantage.-
