Preparation and control of shipping and export documents, including the preparation of export-relevant certificates and testimonials. Close cooperation with sales, production and logistics. Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks. Support for the other areas in Supply Chain Operations. Requirements You have a completed commercial or equivalent training and have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of order management, customer service or sales administration and bring experience in the field of foreign trade export. Strong communication skills, customer orientation and organizational skills. Good knowledge in the field of international shipping logistics and customs. Very good oral and written language skills in D/E. Experience in dealing with SAP R3 and good MS Office skills. You are proactive, expeditious, reliable, resilient and have good assertiveness.
