Midwife

As part of the reinforcement of its teams, a hospital establishment recognized in the lausannoise region is looking for Midwives (M/F) for temporary missions.

You will join a committed multidisciplinary team and contribute to accompanying patients throughout their maternity journey, in a demanding and human professional environment.

Midwife (M/F)

Your responsibilities
Ensure the follow-up of patients before, during, and after childbirth.
Take charge of physiological births and participate in obstetrical monitoring.
Ensure the well-being of the mother and the newborn.
Accompany and support families throughout their stay.
Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams.
Guarantee the quality and safety of care in accordance with current protocols.

Your profile
Midwife diploma recognized in Switzerland or foreign title with Swiss Red Cross recognition.
Experience in maternity and/or delivery room desired.
Sense of responsibility and excellent ability to adapt.
Team spirit, benevolence, and recognized interpersonal skills.
Availability for temporary missions according to your wishes.
