This is what you can achieve ### In this versatile role, you will accompany and care for our residents with professional competence, heart and respect. You will take on medical-nursing tasks and implement the care agreement professionally. Together with the team, you will design a varied and lively residential and leisure day. Your tasks - versatile and meaningful ### • Care, accompaniment and medical-nursing care of the residents in everyday life • Specialist support in the implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures • Participation in personal care and implementation of care agreements • Collaboration in departments and co-design of team and residential area topics • If interested, possibility of caring for and training apprentices in the profession of health specialist • Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialists • Participation in team meetings, specialist discussions and further training You bring ### • Degree as a health specialist EFZ or a comparable education • Further training as a professional trainer* or the willingness to take the course • Enjoyment of direct accompaniment of people with physical and multiple disabilities • Resource-oriented, reflective and reliable way of working • Teamwork, stress tolerance, flexibility, creativity and humor • Experience in accompanying people with physical and multiple disabilities is an advantage You can look forward to ### • Meaningful and versatile field of activity with many design possibilities • No split services and a well-structured work plan • Seven weeks of vacation (with advance notice) • Opportunities for further education and training • Social work environment with people at the center
