INSOS is the national industry association for service providers in the field of disability and unites around 1'000 member organizations. Together with our members and self-representatives, we further develop the services in a future-oriented manner in the sense of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. To strengthen our team in the area of life design, we are looking for a service-oriented and networked-thinking personality as of 1. November or by arrangement. Specialist Life Design 60-70% Your tasks You are committed to an inclusive society and want to initiate concrete changes? In this role, you actively help shape the living environment of people with disabilities – strategically, networked and practical. You represent our members in specialist committees and towards authorities and effectively contribute your perspective there. You actively engage in cross-sectoral projects and further develop central topics of life design in a future-oriented manner. You maintain our networks and promote professional exchange across language and regional borders. You take on organizational and administrative tasks and contribute to the implementation of events with your hands-on mentality. Your profile You have experience and sound knowledge to commit yourself to future-oriented developments in a dynamic environment. You bring not only technical expertise, but also the ability to engage in dialogue and a sense for the bigger picture. You have a university degree, are experienced in disability policy topics and bring sound knowledge in social and health policy. You have experience in working with people with disabilities and know the challenges and opportunities in everyday life as well as in the system. You understand connections and classify them practically. You are German-speaking and can express yourself clearly and stylistically confidently in German. You appreciate agile structures with personal responsibility and scope for action. You support cooperation with the strategic level and like to contribute openly and proactively to a learning organization. Your competencies in project management and concept work round off your profile.
