To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) with an employment level of 80%-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Management of total and partial projects for new products and product changes
Definition of product goals and requirements according to the DUSCHOLUX brand strategy
Obtaining and evaluating internal and external feedback for product optimization
Support of sales (OEM and project business)
Development of new product ideas through market observation
Implementation of visions into concepts and projects, internally and with external partners
Coordination of international product policy as well as maintenance of market analyses and documentation
What you bring
Education/studies in product or project management with project experience
High technical understanding, ideally in the machinery, metal or sanitary industry
Experience with brand manufacturers and in handling technical materials
Convincing presentation skills and very good MS Office skills
Networked thinking, assertiveness and negotiation skills for the timely implementation of demanding tasks
Business fluent German, very good English, other languages an advantage
