We accompany people who often do not have a professional qualification. Some cannot read, write, and calculate sufficiently or lack ICT skills. To integrate them even more sustainably and, where possible, to prepare them for an apprenticeship or other training, we are looking for further teachers for our highly sought-after educational offering. We work individually and in small groups. Your tasks: * Preparation and implementation of German courses (literacy to level C1) * Preparation and implementation of individually designed lessons in the area of basic competencies (especially German, if possible partly Mathematics, ICT skills) * Individual teaching of learning strategies as well as promoting the self-management ability and self-efficacy of the participants to prepare for an apprenticeship or for qualifications such as German A1-C1, QV, Multicheck, Stellwerk etc. * Progress meetings and creation of reports * Cooperation with our interdisciplinary team as well as referring agencies You bring with you: * Training and experience as a DaZ/DaF teacher -- preferably in adult education or as a teacher in vocational and public schools or with an SVEB and EUROLTA certificate * Solution-oriented attitude, open view of people, social commitment, empathy, patience and ability to respond to individual needs and learning progress * Enjoyment of an independent way of working * Enthusiasm and interest in our values and vision What we offer you: Der Läbesruum is an attractive and fair employer with diverse and challenging tasks.
