Customer Advisor Sales Back Office (m/f/d)

For our customer, a traditional and independent Swiss family business in the packaging industry at the location in Oensingen, we are looking for an engaged and team-oriented Customer Advisor Sales Back Office in a full-time position, effective immediately or by arrangement.

your tasks

• Support and further development of existing as well as new customers in French-speaking Switzerland and France
• Independent processing of customer orders from the offer to the invoicing
• Advising your customers and clarifying technical as well as commercial questions
• Close cooperation with the field sales service, planning, production and other interfaces
• Coordination as well as recording of internal and external orders
• Processing of complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in the graphics or packaging industry
• Several years of experience in sales back office
• Very good German, French and English skills in spoken and written
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as Microsoft 365
• Customer-oriented, solution-oriented personality with high quality standards
• Independent, structured, process- and solution-oriented way of working
