Deputy Workshop Manager Passenger Car Department

In this versatile function, you combine your technical expertise with organizational skill and take on an important deputy function in our passenger car workshop. Together with the workshop team, you ensure efficient processes, high repair quality, and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on Hyundai vehicles and other brands
• Systematic fault finding and rectification of mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions
• Carrying out service work according to manufacturer specifications
• Supporting the workshop team with demanding technical work
• Deputizing for the workshop manager in the passenger car department
• Co-responsibility for the planning and coordination of workshop orders
• Ensuring high work and repair quality
• Support in the training and supervision of apprentices
• Professional documentation of the work performed
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Completed training as Automotive Mechatronics EFZ or Automotive Specialist EFZ
• Further training as a Hyundai technician or willingness to complete this (many years of experience with Hyundai is mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in the passenger car industry
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and modern vehicle electronic systems
• Experience in a coordinating or deputy function is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
