For our client IGD Grüter AG, we are looking for an engaged personality as Project Manager (m/f/d) per immediately or by arrangement Your tasks • Support of the client from the start of the contract to the end of the warranty • Support and coordination of the planning team in all planning phases • Implementation of customer wishes and ensuring customer satisfaction • Coordination of suppliers, secondary contractors, and subcontractors in the project phases and on the construction site • Schedule and cost management (from the cost estimate to the final invoice / management of the GU accounts) • Preparation of tender and contract bases as well as assistance with submission and award negotiations • Coordination and implementation of authority requirements • Support with special tasks (representation, objection negotiations, conflict management, client disputes, etc.) • Maintenance of the personal and internal company network • Daily reporting of own effort as well as creation of the necessary protocols and documents Your profile • Training in the construction industry (architecture, Zeichner EFZ specialization architecture or comparable) • Further training as a construction manager is an advantage • Several years of experience in construction and project management • Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented way of working • Joy in coordination and in direct interaction with clients, planners, and contractors • Ability to work in a team and joy in working in a family-like environment We offer • Diverse and exciting projects with high quality standards • Short decision-making paths and a motivated team • A responsible position with room for design • Modern working conditions in a growing company Interested?
