Your tasks
Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-related issues
Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
Accompanying change processes and organizational development projects
Recruitment and selection of talents in cooperation with the specialist departments
Promoting employee development and retention
Accompanying long-term absentees due to illness and accident
Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as in change processes
Analysis and optimization of HR key figures and processes
Your profile
Commercial or business administration basic training with further training in Human Resources with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an international environment
Sound knowledge of labor law
Strong communication and advisory skills
High level of initiative, assertiveness and teamwork
Fluent German as a native language, good Italian skills and French are an advantage
Confident use of HR software and MS Office
Strong communication personality who can act at eye level with managers
