Good knowledge of tenancy law Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several files simultaneously. Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, Pespsimmo and Quorum Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of customer service. Proficiency in French (oral and written); knowledge of German or English is an asset. Valid driving license in Switzerland.
