Your Task ##

• Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
• Recording and maintenance of building data and damage reports
• Mutation of owner and administration data in the system
• Organization of incoming and outgoing mail in physical and digital form
• Creation of statistics as well as evaluation of key figures
