You work where technology is not theory, but decides on safety and supply in real operation. In the High Voltage Engineering department of the Kernkraftwerk Gösgen-Däniken, you and your team ensure the reliable operation of highly complex systems, thereby making a direct contribution to the secure electricity supply of Switzerland.

You operate in a stable, long-term oriented environment where reliability, precision, and responsibility are central. Your focus is on the area of rotating machinery as well as on demanding systems around PLC, drive technology, electric motors, frequency converters, and generators. You work close to the plant and experience technology where it truly works.

As part of a small, well-coordinated team, you take on responsibility, think along, and help shape things. You actively contribute your expertise, question existing solutions, and develop them further together. Even in challenging situations, you maintain an overview and act in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

What awaits you: ##

• Maintenance of the systems in the rotating machinery specialist department as well as other assigned systems
• Responsibility for the fuel element loading machine, fuel element lock, systems in the pool floor, as well as crane systems and electrical machines including generators and auxiliary systems
• Planning and implementation of changes and optimizations to systems, including technical documentation
• Participation in exchange and renewal projects, if required with partial project responsibility
• Performance of functional tests during revisions as well as analysis and rectification of malfunctions

What distinguishes you: ##

• Completed training as Automatiker EFZ or Elektromechaniker EFZ, ideally with further training at HF level
• Experience in PLC, drive technology, electric motors, frequency converters, and complex electrotechnical systems
• Structured, analytical, and networked way of thinking with enjoyment in questioning and optimizing
• Team-oriented, communicative personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Resilient, flexible, and reliable, with a confident manner as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies
• Fitness for heights and freedom from vertigo required
