• 20 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Rue Hans-Liebherr 7, 1630 Bulle • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate The missions ## • You implement the department strategy in alignment with the company objectives • You establish work standards and define the priorities of the department's activities • You define, maintain and enforce the project management and continuous improvement methodology • You manage the department's project portfolio, ensuring project delivery within deadlines, budget and the expected quality level. • You promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • You define and maintain packaging standards for internal and external flows. • You ensure the availability of the packaging necessary for operations • You lead actions aimed at reducing costs and the environmental impact of packaging • You develop the versatility and skill development of the teams • You define individual and collective objectives • You conduct performance and development interviews • You foster a collaborative and results-oriented working climate • You create work instructions according to the ISO 9000 standard • You coordinate the training of employees and logistics apprentices Profile ## • You have solid experience in team management in the field of logistics • You have a basic training in logistics (CFC), ideally supplemented by higher education such as a Federal Diploma, Bachelor or Master • You have professional experience in project management and have knowledge of the packaging field • You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel, as well as an ERP • You are proficient in French and have good knowledge of German or English • You stand out by your leadership, your resistance to stress, your analytical capacity, as well as by your organized and methodical work, your flexibility and your ability to work in a team Our offer ## Can we motivate you to take on a responsible role in a family-owned, dynamic and independent company?
