Crystal Travel AG supports corporate clients in the planning and organization of their business trips. To reinforce our team, we are looking for a motivated personality who enjoys customer contact. Career changers are also welcome with us.

Your tasks

• Organize and book business trips – from flights and hotels to rental cars and train journeys.
• Advise and support our corporate clients personally via telephone and email.
• Find suitable solutions in the event of short-term changes.
• Carefully create and check offers and travel documents.

As a career changer, you will be gradually introduced to these tasks.

What you bring with you

• You have high standards for quality and service and work carefully and reliably.
• You are motivated, willing to learn, and interested in the travel industry.
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and think in a solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate friendly and professionally and enjoy working in a team.
• You have good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
• You are looking for a long-term task in which you want to develop professionally.

Experience in the travel industry as well as knowledge of Sabre is an advantage, but not a requirement. What is decisive for us is your motivation, your willingness to learn, and your sense of responsibility.
