Job Description
In this exciting position, you will take on the function of Junior Product Manager for defined product series. From the beginning, you will be integrated into the management of our holistic product lifecycle and will gradually take over responsibility for your own portfolio.
Your tasks in detail:
Product & Portfolio Responsibility: You actively drive the success of your product lines, act as a competent contact person for your portfolio, and support sales with technical inquiries.
Independent (Partial) Project Management: You will gradually take over independent management of smaller projects (e.g., the coordination of product changes, country-specific product launches, or the creation of new demo kits for sales) and ensure their success regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.
User-Centered Innovation: By analyzing customer feedback and identifying user needs (User Experience / UX), you formulate innovative product and solution concepts.
Market & Competitor Observation: You develop a deep understanding of our global target markets, target groups, and competitors in order to derive strategic recommendations for action.
KPI Analysis & Reporting: You create sound market and potential analyses, evaluate relevant KPIs, and present your results independently in the corresponding specialist committees.
Data Management: You ensure the high quality and maintenance of product-relevant master data in our systems to provide the communications department and sales with optimal sales documents.

Qualifications

Education: University degree in the field of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with the concrete intention of pursuing a Master's degree afterwards
Qualification: analytical thinking skills, professional experience in a similar position in the field of product management or marketing desirable
Know-How: Very good MS Office skills as well as a high affinity for digital trends and new technologies. Initial experience or a strong interest in the practical use of Generative AI tools is a clear plus.
Way of working: structured, responsible, independent
Personality: Team player, communicative, motivated, willing to learn, reliable
Language: very good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage

Description PreMaster Program
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who want to dive into practice before completing a Master's degree. In the PreMaster program, you gain one year of practical experience after your Bachelor's to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial connections. In the second phase, you continue to work part-time in parallel with your Master's studies. This allows you to deepen your knowledge and be optimally prepared for entering professional life after your studies.
For this specific position, a start date from September or October 2026 is planned at a 100% workload. From autumn 2027 (or with the start of your Master's studies), a reduction in the workload will then occur.
