Your tasks

• Active support regarding the Go-Live of Abacus, especially with reconciliations, closing work, and technical questions
• Participation in quarterly and annual closings including consolidation
• Contact person for internal and external partners regarding financial and tax law matters
• Accompanying the subsidiary ledgers during more complex tasks
• Substitution tasks within the finance department

Your profile

• Good to very good knowledge of the financial software Abacus is required
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Sociable personality with quick comprehension
• Exact and independent way of working as well as high sense of responsibility and integrity
• Confident, correct, and service-oriented appearance
• Stylish communication in German and good English skills in speaking and writing

Your future everyday life

For a temporary substitution of approximately six months, we are looking for a dedicated personality with sound knowledge in finance and accounting. As a contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute your expertise in a versatile manner.

With regard to the introduction of Abacus as of 1 January 2027, you will participate actively particularly during and after the Go-Live. You will actively assist with the diverse upcoming tasks in accounting and specifically contribute your Abacus know-how. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues and stand by the entire team as a competent sparring partner.
