HR Business Partner

Your tasks

Responsibly and with much commitment, you advise managers and employees on all HR-relevant topics. You implement our HR processes along the entire HR Life Cycle and develop solutions to their questions and concerns together with the line managers. You support the development of the organization, accompany transformation processes, and participate in projects. You recognize potential for improvement, initiate innovations, actively support the digitalization process, and contribute to the achievement of goals with your work. You support your colleagues in other areas of responsibility during bottlenecks and absences.

Your profile

Commercial basic training with further training in HR or a university degree in economics, psychology, or similar fields

Experience in HR, advantageously in operational and strategic HR consulting
Communicative personality with a winning manner
Ability to think strategically combined with a doer mentality
