• You autonomously lead electrical installation projects and ensure the coordination of CVSE-AdB services within multidisciplinary teams.
• You design electrical installations and supervise the preparation of plans in collaboration with the team planners.
• You guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and the technical objectives of your projects.
• You ensure the financial monitoring of mandates, from the preparation of offers to the profitability control.
• You accompany clients, architects, and technical partners throughout the different phases of the projects.
• You coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure the proper execution of services.
• You provide your expertise on projects related to the energy transition, particularly in the fields of photovoltaics, electric mobility, energy systems, and industry.
• You participate in the development of activities in French-speaking Switzerland by maintaining a solid professional network and contributing to the acquisition of new mandates.
• You share your expertise with team members and contribute to the development of internal skills.
• You ensure technical and regulatory monitoring in order to propose innovative solutions adapted to client needs.
• You hold an HES engineering degree in electricity or a title deemed equivalent.
• You benefit from at least 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
• You master Swiss standards as well as high-voltage and low-voltage installations.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and ease in technical coordination as well as in client relations.
• You have a real interest in the challenges of the energy transition and wish to invest yourself in varied and stimulating projects.
