Shooting & Implementation (Camera, Light, Sound)

• Independent implementation of video and photo productions (Run & Gun)
• Shooting with DSLM, hybrid and cinema cameras such as Sony or comparable systems
• Confident handling of image composition (framing, movement, perspective)
• Setup and use of compact lighting setups (e.g. Aputure)
• Basic understanding of lighting (Key, Fill, Backlight) - even under time pressure
• Clean sound recording (Lavalier, directional microphone, level control)
• Use of drones in productions (depending on the project)
• Optional: Implementation of FPV shots

Post-production & Finishing

• Editing and structured construction of edit sequences
• Simple color correction (grading) and image optimization
• Creation of platform-appropriate formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9 etc.)
• Confident handling of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic knowledge in motion design with Adobe After Effects (titles, simple animations)
• Optional: Use of AI models (Generative Video)

Collaboration & Production

• Support in larger productions (camera, lighting, editing assistance)
• Collaboration with direction, camera and post-production
• Independent working in small, agile teams
• Efficient handling of time, equipment and resources in everyday shooting

This will help you succeed in entering

• Experience in shooting with DSLM, hybrid or cinema cameras
• Good technical understanding of camera, lenses, codec, exposure and color profiles
• Understanding of efficient run-&-gun workflows (fast, pragmatic, yet high quality)
• Confident handling of light in simple setups (available light + artificial light)
• Sense for image composition, timing and visual quality
• Ability to independently structure and implement content
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in DaVinci Resolve
• Drone license an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Enjoyment of outdoor productions (Ski/Snowboard/Mountains)
• Independent, flexible and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and resilience in dynamic shooting situations
