January 2027 or by arrangement as Head of Finance and Infrastructure (m/f/d) You lead the Finance and Infrastructure area personally and professionally and bear responsibility for the organization, planning, and coordination of the infrastructure You lead cross-departmental organizational projects and actively shape the organizational further development of the office - especially regarding the business strategy and the strategic IT planning with regard to the large-scale project IT Steuern SG+ You are responsible for the accounting, budget, accounts, as well as task and financial planning of the office, analyze deviations, and ensure effective controlling You manage the project portfolio of the entire Cantonal Tax Office, coordinate priorities, resources, and temporal dependencies, thereby creating transparency as a basis for decision-making for the office management You are responsible for the infrastructure of the entire office () and ensure efficient and reliable operational processes You act as the security officer of the Cantonal Tax Office, coordinate security issues with the Department of Finance, and implement decided measures You promote a culture of responsibility, transparency, and cooperation You have a Master's degree or a comparable higher education as well as function-related further training and leadership training You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience, of which several years involve personnel leadership responsibility - ideally in a larger organization or public administration You have sound experience in finance and accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and controlling, as well as a good understanding of financial contexts You bring experience in project and portfolio management as well as organizational development and have successfully designed and implemented larger, cross-departmental change or organizational projects - ideally in connection with digitalization or the introduction of new specialist systems You think strategically and conceptually, quickly recognize connections and dependencies, and maintain an overview even with complex issues and differing interests You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner, set clear priorities, and consistently bring topics to completion You are an empathetic, authentic, and binding leadership personality with high communication and service orientation as well as enjoyment of cooperation across organizational boundaries A responsible leadership role with great scope for design and direct impact on the entire Cantonal Tax Office A key role in the organizational further development of the digital transformation of the office, - especially in the large-scale project IT Steuern SG+ The opportunity to actively help shape strategic, organizational, and financial topics and contribute your own impulses Close cooperation with the office management, the specialist departments, the Department of Finance, and external partners in a collegial, interdisciplinary environment with a lived 'Du' culture Modern employment conditions with attractive possibilities for the compatibility of work and private life Steueramt | Franc Uffer, Head of Main Department Management Support, write e-mail (<>), Othmar, Head of Finance and Infrastructure, write e-mail (<>), jpid55c2d4cjm jit0834jm jiy26jm
