Project Coordinator Construction \& Administration 80\-100% (m/f/d) To strengthen our team in Luzern, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Project Coordinator Construction \& Administration 80\-100% (m/f/d) In this newly created role, you will take on a coordination role between our clients, insurance companies, craft partners and our internal specialists. You are the organizational hub of our construction projects and can actively help shape and develop this function. Tasks Construction Coordination: Independent construction coordination following our leak detection and drying work Coordination and organization of all involved craft companies Obtaining, comparing and commissioning offers Independent scheduling of all involved contractors Monitoring project progress as well as construction site visits if necessary Ensuring our service and quality standards Tasks Administration: Support for dispatching in all arising work (scheduling, deployment planning etc.) Support for administration, especially in invoicing Creation of damage protocols in close cooperation with the specialist manager for leak detection What we value about you: Several years of professional experience in the construction, craft or building technology industry is mandatory.
