FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST 80-100%

THESE EXCITING TASKS AWAIT YOU

• Ensuring the operational readiness and availability of all building and infrastructure technology
• Carrying out repair, maintenance, and servicing work on building technology systems and facilities
• Preventive maintenance work according to maintenance and inspection plans
• Fault analysis as well as independent troubleshooting in Support Level 1 and 2
• Ensuring the energy supply of the location (electricity, compressed air, city water, and other media)
• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HLKS systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary)
• Support and monitoring of ventilation, monoblock, and filter systems
• Support in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems
• Ensuring the operational readiness of fire alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems, and other fire protection equipment
• Support and monitoring of burglary protection, access, and security systems
• Maintenance and monitoring of lighting technology as well as support in the operation of the KNX network
• Ensuring the operational readiness of lift systems
• Maintenance and care of outdoor areas, green spaces, trees, shrubs, and plantings
• Participation in on-call service according to the deployment plan
• Carrying out initial interventions in the event of malfunctions and emergencies outside of regular working hours
• Initiating suitable immediate measures to restore system availability

THESE QUALITIES COMPLEMENT OUR TEAM

• Completed basic technical training EFZ, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, facility management, HLKS, or a comparable technical profession
• Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance, facility management, or technical maintenance
• Good knowledge in the field of technical building systems and infrastructure
• Basic knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, HLKS, building automation, or security technology
• Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical systems
• Understanding of energy supply systems and building technology contexts
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High service orientation as well as strong safety and quality awareness
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness to participate in on-call service (mandatory requirement)
