Project Manager

Your tasks

• You are the primary contact person for our customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and actively participate in customer development.
• You coordinate the projects or sub-projects assigned to you independently – while adhering to the calculated costs, specifications, as well as the promised delivery dates and milestones.
• You ensure the necessary internal coordination so that the project goals are achieved.
• Through debriefings and post-calculations, you demonstrate the project success and use the insights gained for continuous improvements.
• You organize changes according to our change process
• You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner with stakeholders, customers, and team members and bring different interests together.
• You lead your project team technically – in consultation with the disciplinary supervisors – and motivate it.
• You manage the sales-side master data management and ensure its quality.
• The verification and preparation of customer data runs through your hands.

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training, supplemented by sound education or further training in BWL, Wirtschaftstechnik, or an equivalent business administration direction.
• Experience in project management in an industrial or technical environment.
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills (mandatory).
• Residence in the working region.
• Good ERP and MS Office skills as well as interest in digital processes and clean master data.
• Knowledge of common project management methods and tools.
• Goal-oriented and pragmatic thinking in the face of unforeseen challenges.
• High willingness and motivation to familiarize yourself with new subject areas and processes.
• Communication skills, team orientation, flexibility, networked thinking, and assertiveness characterize you.
