Today we have 75 employees, all driven by a passion for the terroir, respect for the seasons, and the desire to offer our customers fresh and tasty products. In addition to our production and distribution activity, we offer a direct sales shop on our operating site, Le Petit Marché, open every day from 7am to 8pm, where our customers can find our seasonal fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, and various Swiss products. We are currently looking for a Sales Staff - Fruits and vegetables & retail to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. Responsibilities ### • Welcome and advise customers in our shop Le Petit Marché. • Ensure the stocking and attractive presentation of fruits, vegetables, and other products. • Guarantee the freshness and quality of products by performing regular checks. • Manage stocks and participate in orders in collaboration with the team. • Process purchases and maintain a clean and welcoming sales area. Qualifications ### • Experience in sales or retail, ideally in the food sector. (MANDATORY) • Strong interest in local products, fruits and vegetables, and the Swiss terroir. • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team. • Good physical condition to handle products and perform various tasks. • Mastery of French, any other language is an asset.
