For a traditional Swiss company specializing in the production of high-quality envelopes, shipping packaging, and individual envelope solutions, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Operations Mechanic (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Organizing and performing maintenance and repairs on machines, systems, and facilities (locations in Zürich and St. Gallen)
• Independent execution of unplanned repairs in production operations
• Participation in machine overhauls of the foreign subsidiaries in Österreich and Ungarn (approx. 3 x per year)
• Turning, milling, drilling, grinding, manual work, and welding
• Planning, preparing, and performing preventive maintenance
• Procurement, manufacture, and inventory management of spare parts
• Technical support and participation in projects

Your Profile ###

• Apprenticeship completed as a Maschinenmechanikerin or Polymechanikerin
• Sound knowledge in assembly technology, pneumatics, and conventional manufacturing
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• Business fluent German skills (oral & written)
• Independent, resilient, and flexible
