Your day as a Key Account Manager

• You develop and implement a national sales strategy for our Key Accounts and drive their sustainable growth
• You build long-term customer relationships, maintain them actively, and develop them strategically
• You identify new business potentials and open up markets as well as fields of application
• You are independently responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition through negotiation to successful contract conclusion
• You conduct contract and price negotiations and design long-term commercial agreements
• You work closely with product management, marketing, and technical specialists and develop customer-oriented solutions
• You represent our company at international trade fairs, specialist congresses, and at customer events
• You analyze market and competitor developments, recognize trends early, and derive effective sales activities from them

Your profile as a Key Account Manager

• Several years of experience in sales in the areas of medical technology or diagnostics
• Proven successes in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance at management and executive levels
• Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, independent way of working
• High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and strong closing skills
• Business fluent German and English skills; additional language skills such as Italian and French are a plus
• High international willingness to travel
