SERVICE STATION MANAGER #

YOUR FUNCTION

• Welcome, advice and customer service
• Cash collection and cash management
• Replenishment and presentation of shelves
• Opening and closing of the shop or supervising
• Establish and coordinate schedules
• Supervise, motivate and support a small team of 3 to 5 employees
• Ensure the cleanliness and smooth daily operation of the shop
• Actively participate in the development of sales and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in sales or in a similar position desired, experience in a service station would be an asset
• CFC in a commercial branch would be an asset
• Experience in managing or coordinating a team
• Interpersonal skills
• Flexible and loving teamwork
• Versatile and dynamic

WORKING HOURS

• Work from Monday to Friday but may be required to do replacements on weekends and public holidays
• Working hours to be defined
• Fixed monthly salary
