Job Description For our general medicine practice in Bienne we are looking for One or Two Medical Assistant(s) F/M (1x100% or 2x50%-60%)) This position requires versatility as you will be active in our general medicine practice and our Walk-in-clinic which is an emergency medical practice with consultations with and/or without appointments. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Ensure the reception, orientation, and accompaniment of patients with professionalism and kindness. Manage the telephone service, appointment scheduling, and message processing. Perform routine care such as blood tests, injections, infusions and assist doctors during specific medical acts. Perform usual diagnostic examinations: laboratory, ECG, conventional radiology, 24h blood pressure measurement, sleep apnea screening, spirometry, etc. Ensure the administrative follow-up of patient files and the various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the practice. Actively participate in the quality of care and the smooth running of daily medical activities. Qualifications Holder of a CFC in Medical Assisting. Experience in a medical practice, medical center or outpatient emergency service is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills and a developed sense of hospitality. Dynamic, flexible and versatile personality, capable of adapting to a constantly evolving environment. Ability to manage priorities, to work autonomously and rigorously. Strong team spirit and desire to contribute to a collaborative working atmosphere. Good command of French, with good knowledge of German. Any other language constitutes an advantage.
