For our family-style, Italian restaurant in the heart of Bern, we are looking for a motivated and experienced personality who will actively support our kitchen team and wants to develop further in the long term.

What you bring with you:

• Experience as an assistant cook in gastronomy
• Ideally experience as a pizzaiolo
• Joy in taking on responsibility and learning new things
• Independent, clean and reliable way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Passion for fresh products and Italian cuisine

Your tasks:

• Support with the daily mise en place
• Preparation of simple pasta and appetizer dishes
• Preparation of our gluten-free pizzas after training
• Support at the pizza oven (an advantage)
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP
• Close cooperation with our chef and gradual assumption of more responsibility
