Socio-educational assistants

• Accompany people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project
• Actively participate in the animations of the living space, weekends, and leisure activities
• Be proactive in suggesting activities and outings that meet the needs of the residents
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents
• Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents into neighborhood life
• Contribute to an optimal flow of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution
• Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant
• Professional experience with people in situations of disability is an asset.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Mastery of common IT tools.
• Swiss nationality or valid permit.

La Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the Etat de Genève. In its five schools and homes located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Pôle Enfance - Adolescence), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries and in Ville de Genève (Pôle Adultes), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of collaborators in adapted employment (Pôle socio-professionnel).
