Childcare Specialist (m/f)

My Leukerbad AG is the operational organization of the most important service providers in Leukerbad. These include the Leukerbad Therme, the Torrent-Bahnen, the Sportarena, the Snowpark Sportarena, the LLB Verkehrsbetriebe Leuk-Leukerbad, and Leukerbad Tourismus.

In the KITA Thermi in Leukerbad, we care for up to 15 children daily between the ages of 3 months and 6 years. Our Kita offers a loving place for playing, discovering, laughing, and learning and is open to all children seeking non-family childcare or playmates.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you starting from 01 December 2026 or by arrangement, to accompany our Kita children with a lot of heart, joy, and empathy.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the co-leaders in the care of our children
• Promoting and accompanying the children entrusted to us
• Implementation of the pedagogical concept, weekly plans, and various projects
• Creation of a safe environment
• Various activities such as crafting, reading aloud, playing, or excursions into nature
• Providing space to contribute your own ideas and creativity
• Supervision of lunch in the Kita as well as the lunch table for OS students
• Depending on training and need, after-school care for OS students

Your profile:

• Completed training as a specialist in care, educator, or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
• Joy and fun in working with children
• Empathy, patience, and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility in the varied Kita everyday life
• Positive, humorous, and appreciative personality
• Very good German skills
