Your tasks Planning and implementing teaching sequences in a group within the framework of vocational orientation. Coaching/accompanying the young people in their individual vocational choice process. Preparation, accompaniment, and evaluation of external internships. Documentation and reporting. Acquisition of trial assignments, work training, and apprenticeship positions in the 1. and 2. labor market. Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with partners. Interdisciplinary cooperation with all reference groups internally and externally. Your profile Job Coach (Supported Employment) or Sozialpädagog:in FH/HF with a professional background and experience in the professional field. Practical experience in working with young people with special needs and behavioral difficulties. Good knowledge of the educational landscape. Very good ösischkenntnisse. Driver's license.
