HVAC Project Manager (M/F)

As part of its development, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager responsible for ensuring the monitoring and coordination of projects in the execution phase. Job Description ## After the awarding of contracts and the completion of technical studies by the design office, you will take charge of managing the execution of projects until their acceptance. In this capacity, you are responsible for: Preparation of execution • Analyze files transmitted by the design office. • Participate in the preparation of execution files and their proper implementation on site. • Plan the various stages of the project and anticipate needs related to realization. Management of work execution • Coordinate assembly teams, subcontractors, and the various stakeholders on site. • Ensure daily monitoring of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines. • Control the conformity of installations with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements. • Participate in site meetings and ensure coordination with the various partners. Administrative and financial monitoring • Monitor project budgets and costs. • Control the financial progress of business affairs. • Supervise billing and contribute to the good profitability of projects. • Ensure reporting to management. Acceptance and customer satisfaction • Accompany clients throughout the realization phase. • Organize commissioning and acceptance of installations. • Guarantee the clearing of any reservations and the proper closing of projects. • Develop a lasting relationship of trust with clients. The Successful Applicant ## Education • ES/ET Technician training in climate engineering or an Engineering degree in an equivalent field. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function. • Proven experience in the management and coordination of HVAC works. • Good knowledge of the Swiss technical environment is an asset. Skills • Solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations. • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. • Sense of organization and excellent management of priorities. • Rigor, autonomy, and quality orientation. • Strong interpersonal skills and sense of customer service. • Good command of IT tools.
