Your area of responsibility ##

In this exciting role, you assume the technical leadership and responsibility for central areas of endpoint management. Your tasks include:

• Windows 10 / 11 client engineering: You are responsible for the development, management, and optimization of Windows clients to ensure smooth usage.
• Microsoft Autopilot and Intune: You continuously manage and improve the systems for efficient device deployment and management.
• Definition of hardware standards: You establish the standards for the hardware used and ensure their continuous maintenance.
• Microsoft Teams (telephony): You administer and optimize the telephony functions within Microsoft Teams.
• Printer management: You take charge of the management and optimization of the printer fleet to guarantee uninterrupted operation.

In addition, the following responsibilities await you:

• Support and management of endpoint-adjacent applications: You ensure proper functioning and work on the continuous improvement of the applications used.
• Evaluation, testing, and implementation of new software products and updates: You analyze new technologies, perform tests, and implement innovative software solutions.
• Resolution of complex incidents, changes, and disruptions: You handle and resolve demanding technical problems and modifications.
• Autonomous implementation of IT projects: You plan and realize projects independently to evolve the IT landscape.
• Coaching and mentoring: You support and develop (junior) system engineers through targeted coaching and mentoring.

Your skills ##

• Completed training or continuing education in the field of IT (FA/HF) or solid and equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in supporting endpoint technologies, particularly with Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience in systems engineering and requirements with a clear focus on a methodical approach. Pronounced methodological skills as well as analytical and structured thinking to effectively meet complex challenges.
• Proactive, communicative, and open personality with integration capacity as well as technical and analytical understanding. Availability for on-call service and for occasional interventions outside regular working hours. Category B driver's license required.
• Impeccable mastery of German orally and in writing as well as advantageous knowledge of English. Clean criminal record required.
