traversa , Netzwerk für Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung, is a social enterprise that is committed to the inclusion and improvement of the living situation of people with a mental illness.

At the Wohnhaus Steinibach in Horw, 20 people between the ages of 18 and 40 find a home as a transitional solution for up to 4 years. A team of specialists supports the residents on their way towards independence.

Nursing Specialist HF/FH or in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, 80%-90% ##

These are your tasks ###

• Accompanying and caring for people with a mental illness according to the Recovery approach
• Reference person work
• Collaborating with external reference persons, relatives and specialist agencies
• Working alone or together in an interdisciplinary team
• Guiding and supporting residents with household tasks
• Department responsibility
• Administrative work

You bring with you ###

• Experience in working with people with a mental illness
• Independence, empathy, flexibility, resilience and teamwork skills
• Appreciative and open basic attitude, solution-oriented and creative way of working
• Willingness to work irregular hours / night standby / weekend service
• Experience in household management and cooking skills
• Good IT application skills
