For a family-run company in the Basel area we are currently looking for a HR Administration Clerk 70-100%. The position serves to relieve the existing HR team due to a case of illness. The start of the position would be immediately or by arrangement. The position is currently to be filled temporarily for a period of approximately four months - an extension is possible depending on the interests and skills of the applicant.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You provide administrative support in the preparation and follow-up of joiners and leavers
• Assistance in the creation of standards and templates, additionally you write work certificates and contracts independently
• You provide active support in time recording and are available to department heads for questions
• You take an active role in administrative applicant management and take care of pre-selection, appointment coordination, and preparation of interviews

You offer your new employer:

• Following your basic commercial training, you have successfully passed the further training to become an HR Assistant
• Ideally, you have been able to gain initial experience in HR, knowledge in the commercial or administrative field is required
• German is your mother tongue, good French skills complete your profile
• You are an open and service-oriented personality who values contact with different groups of contacts
