HR Bench is looking for a person wishing to join the company's management, enter its capital, and take an active part in its development and its future.

The project is part of a solidly established company, possessing a recognized clientele, know-how, and positioning.

Your role

• Lead complex and large-scale HR mandates
• Analyze, structure and model HR and salary data
• Advise management in their HR policies and their transformations
• Present and defend analyses and recommendations to general management and public authorities
• Facilitate sessions and working groups
• Maintain quality relationships with clients and identify the evolution of their needs
• Participate directly in the steering and strategic decisions of the company and take a decisive role in its development

Your profile

The position is aimed at a person who, beyond their HR and organizational skills, shows very great ease with numbers, data, and IT processing and analysis tools.

• Higher education at university or HES level in HR, management, economics, organization, or in an analytical or quantitative discipline
• Proven experience in an HR leadership function or in functions with a strong consulting and analysis component, in a company, within a public or parapublic organization, or in a consulting firm
• Experience in steering complex projects involving decision-making level interlocutors
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring skills
• Advanced mastery of Excel and good understanding of processing, analysis, visualization and data modeling tools, with the ability to analyze and exploit their results
• Excellent ease in public speaking, presentation and argumentation with decision-makers
• Autonomy, rigor, listening skills and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial flair and willingness to involve oneself directly in the management, capital and development of the company
