• Execution of complete steel construction
• Responsibility for the assigned assembly personnel (incl. subcontractors, temporary staff)
• Ensuring occupational safety, cleanliness, and order on the construction site
• Responsibility for meeting deadlines
• Responsibility for assigned vehicles, tools, and machines
• Daily documentation of the work performed and reporting to the assembly manager
• Quality control of the manufactured components
• Compliance with standards and guidelines to ensure product quality

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed training as a locksmith, metalworker, or in a related professional field
• Experience in steel and metal construction
• Technical understanding and the ability to read and implement technical drawings
• Sound knowledge of metal processing and welding technology
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
• A high degree of responsibility, independence, and reliability
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
• An organized, communicative, and team-oriented personality that reacts flexibly to challenges
• Driver's license Cat. B and BE
