Our building management system (BMS) team manages digital regulation projects for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installations, from study to implementation, for medium to large-scale buildings, such as shopping centers, administrative buildings, hotels, manor houses, etc. S+T today has nearly 50 employees, thus bringing together unique and recognized multidisciplinary expertise under one roof. High-performance CAD tools (Digimat system), developed specifically in collaboration with the internal R&D team, allow for finding modern and efficient solutions to the most complex problems. A team of technicians/setters ensures commissioning and maintenance operations in the field. You will be tasked with managing digital regulation projects in the field of building automation (HVAC) using high-performance IT tools, notably to progressively ensure the following tasks (mainly with Digimat automation systems): • MCR project management • analyze and understand needs • study and define a regulation solution, participate in its costing • design electrical diagrams for the control of technical installations • manage suppliers and subcontractors (electrical panel) • design and implement regulation functions on digital systems through graphic programming • lead technicians/setters during commissioning phases • design interactive supervision screens • digital commissioning • integrate the regulation of third-party systems through communication buses such as BACnet, ModBus, M-Bus, individual IRC regulators • remotely supervise and optimize regulation loops and the dynamic behavior of your installations. • assist/supervise technician setters as needed • participate in turn in our on-call service "responsible team" (handling emergencies, no field intervention) You are rigorous, autonomous, creative, endowed with a spirit of mutual aid and constant questioning, with the desire to integrate into a dynamic team. You have already experienced the development of regulation loops (P, PI, PID) and electrical diagrams, and you perfectly know the functioning of the main measuring and control components used in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) world.
