In order to complement our existing teams and to meet growing needs, we are looking for versatile and experienced male and female nurses in the hospital sector for the canton de Vaud :

General Care Nurses (M/F)

Structure and contract :

• Structures based in the canton de Vaud combining public and private care
• Specialties offered: General and specialized surgery, General and specialized medicine, Emergencies, Intensive care, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, Palliative care....
• Temporary missions

Your profile :

• You have held a HES nursing diploma or equivalent for more than 2 years with diploma recognition by the Croix Rouge Suisse,
• You have a first confirmed and successful experience in the hospital sector of at least 6 months in Switzerland,
• You are versatile and open to discovering multiple care sectors,
• You possess great interpersonal skills and know how to manage your emotions
• You are rigorous, adaptable and flexible

Your mission :

• Ensure specific and personalized care of patients according to unit protocols,
• Participate in the development and evolution of the care plan according to your evaluations,
• Comfortable with technology, you plan, organize and provide care within your own role and in a pair with the aide-soignant(e),
• Ensure the traceability and transmission of essential information for care,
• Inform the patient and their family about the care provided and the evolution of the care,
