We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 100’000 to CHF 115’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

This is what you can achieve.

• You ensure the trouble-free operation of the assigned properties and monitor the technical building infrastructure.
• You also coordinate maintenance, upkeep and repair work and make optimal use of your organizational talent.
• You look after HVAC and electrical systems, analyze technical problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Furthermore, you manage and control external service providers and contribute to a high service quality, thereby making an important contribution to success.
• You work on facility management projects or lead them independently and keep an eye on costs, quality as well as deadlines.
• In addition, you maintain asset data, use the CAFM system and support the digital optimization of processes, thereby effectively contributing your expertise.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have completed basic technical training in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical or a comparable technical training.
• Additionally, you bring several years of experience in facility management as well as in operational building operation and convince us with your practical experience.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and have a high technical understanding as well as a solution-oriented way of thinking.
• Furthermore, you use Microsoft Office securely and ideally already use CAFM systems, preferably Planon, thereby optimally contributing your digital competence.
• You possess a category B driver's license and convince through a sense of responsibility, reliability as well as service orientation and, as an open, honest and loyal personality with a healthy dose of humor, fit excellently into our well-coordinated team.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German.
