The main tasks ####

• Perform installations, maintenance, repairs and technical safety tests
• Analyze technical malfunctions, diagnose and rectify errors
• Document service activities completely and on schedule
• Process and document customer complaints
• Work together with customers, sales and support teams
• Professionally represent the company at the customer's site on-site

The requirement profile ####

• Completed technical training or studies in electrical engineering/medical technology/mechatronics or similar
• Experience in technical service or field service
• Good German and English skills, Italian an advantage
• High problem-solving competence and analytical thinking skills
• Strong customer and service orientation with strong communication skills
