Job description
Do you want to shape family-complementary childcare with us? From 1. January 2027, fixed-term until 31. July 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist, 60-80% for our Kita Loryplatz in 3007 Bern, who enjoys professionally caring for, accompanying, and supporting an age-separated group of children in their development. Your activities

Co-responsibility for the care of a group of children within the framework of the leolea pedagogical concept
Co-responsibility for the organizational implementation of everyday life
Co-responsibility for the housekeeping area and for the room design
Maintenance of parental contacts as well as support for parents in educational and developmental matters
Co-responsibility for constructive cooperation within the team
Your profile

Training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or similar training
Empathic, committed, and resource-oriented personality
Capable of conflict management and assertiveness
Differentiated communication
Flexibility
