Your tasks

• Technical, personnel and organizational management of the audit department
• Leadership and further development of employees
• Auditing of inventories, accountability reports and financial statements
• Assessment of asset investments as well as preparation of decision drafts
• Ensuring uniform and high-quality auditing practice
• Further development of processes and work instruments
• Advising assistants as well as cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies

Your profile

• Education in finance and accounting, auditing, fiduciary or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in the finance, fiduciary or auditing sector
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Analytical thinking skills, strong understanding of numbers and networked thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High social and communication competence as well as a confident appearance
• Knowledge of child and adult protection or social insurance law is an advantage
