Then we would like to get to know you!What awaits you * Processing, scanning and electronic archiving of customer-related documents * Recording and processing of business transactions in the customer management system (CRM) * Mail processing: opening, sorting and distributing daily incoming mail * Management of physical documents, dossiers and archives * Ensuring high data and document quality * Coordination of various requests with internal specialist departments and ensuring smooth processes * Active participation in the further development and documentation of work processes as well as participation in digitalization and optimization projects What we expect * Completed commercial training, ideally in a banking or insurance environment * Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage * High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness * Independent, structured and exact way of working * Quick comprehension as well as analytical and networked thinking * Team-oriented, eager-to-learn, flexible and reliable personality * Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage What we offer * Meaningful activity in a value-based company * High personal responsibility and decentralized decision-making in a sociocratic organization * Great flexibility regarding working time and place of work * Committed team with colleagues who share the same values Remuneration * At ABS we have a remuneration model that ensures equal pay for equal work. Our wages are transparent internally and we guarantee a wage range of maximum 1:5 between the lowest and the highest wage.
