Project Developer in the Field of Sustainability

Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Develop and evaluate real estate projects in their initial phases and establish solid foundations upon which strategic investment decisions will be based • Ensure the management and monitoring of feasibility studies, develop project definitions as a basis for their successful implementation • Delegate projects to organizational units responsible for the operational part and ensure the implementation of strategic directives • Consolidate sustainability objectives, notably net zero emissions, in real estate development, establish technical bases to this effect, advise project participants and promote the sharing of knowledge and experience in this matter • Contribute to the continuous development of sustainability strategies, represent the organization within specialized bodies, networks and working groups <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (uni or HES) in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, environmental sciences or a comparable discipline • Continuing education in real estate economics or business administration, accompanied by continuing education in sustainability in the building sector • Several years of professional experience in real estate development or project management, and in the field of sustainability in the building sector • Keen sense of analysis and conceptualization, experience in establishing decision bases and conducting complex projects • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented way of working, very good communication skills and extensive advisory skills • Good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words In this position, you will contribute to the sustainable development of our real estate portfolio.
