Your area of responsibility:

Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit for an assigned area
Point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR issues
Holistic recruitment responsibility in the assigned area
Further development and maintenance of efficient HR processes
Compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
Deputizing for the HR management
Deputizing during the payroll run and during the monthly closings

Your qualification:

Completed further training in HR (HR Assistant, HR specialist certificate)
3 - 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in an industrial company
Confident use of MS Office and HR systems (Abacus, Mobatime, Beekeeper)
High social competence, discretion and trustworthiness
Teamwork skills with high personal responsibility
Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
Very good German and English skills
